But i do not agree that makes it more unsafe for women; only different from them as far as the nature or/and methodology of the crime is concerned. Many believe, and rightly, i may add, that these particular crimes stem from a mindset problem. But it is for women to change their mindsets as much as the men: in fact, they should change their mindsets first if they are really serious about not being or becoming VICTIMS of these crimes. (Yeah, victim is a loaded word but only to this extent. Bcos here, too, often the honourable are victimized precisely on that ground. But that takes place in random or extreme circumstances.)
